Most doors carry a few hooks on one face. Whatever a door could carry on its hinges has always set the ceiling for everything hung on it.

The Modarsyss door system uses both faces, top to bottom, with modules that swap as needs change. When the feet come down, the door locks in place and both faces carry load, taken to the floor, not the hinges.

For you, that turns every door in the home into a surface you can sell into. For your customer, it means a door that works as hard as the wall beside it.

Engineering

Every Modarsyss system uses the same connection. Its analysis method was independently reviewed by a Chartered Engineer (CEng MIMechE) and found consistent with accepted practice.

Scoped structural evaluation

A fixed fee and a defined scope. Your engineers judge it on the numbers. The fee is credited against the upfront licence fee if a licence is signed within 90 days of the report.
